Wedding Photos Style
We have mentioned that our approach is a mix of photojournalism with an artistic flare. So what is wedding photojournalism? Wedding photojournalism is a candid and unobtrusive capture style of your wedding. From the minutes you are looking the most beautiful, to the inside jokes your pals share with you, to the unstoppable tears during the exchange of the vows, to the latest groovy moves on the dance floor, and to all the hugs and kisses of your day, we will be there for all the fun, emotional, and goofy moments. There are no specific instructions. We "tell" your wedding story naturally and realistically as it happens. So where the creative flare come in? At times we don't just photograph with one perspective or one straight view. Our NJ wedding photographers and NYC wedding photographers will get low on the ground, high up in the air, shoot through objects, and looking for ways to allow some artistic angle. We also look for areas of reflections, negative space, cool architecture, interesting background and unique light sources. Sometimes during the bride and groom portrait session, the couple may not know where to stand and how to position their body. No problem! We can offer guidance on light posing. For example, we may ask you to lean against the wall a certain way and have your groom right next to you telling you a joke. Then when you and him start laughing, we will click our cameras away with the fun moments.

Southeast Asian and Indian Wedding
One of our specialty weddings are Indian weddings as they're full of energy, richness, vibrancy, and good food! Because there are various regions in India, we understand Indian weddings also carry rituals that are unique to those particular regions. For a one day event, we typically start our New Jersey Indian wedding with all the gorgeous details - the jewelries, the Mehandi, the sari, the ghunghat, and all the other colorful Indian wedding decorations. Our New Jersey Indian wedding photographer will proceed to a wedding portrait session with the bride, groom, and their families. Follow right after is the Baraat where the groom would ride on a horse and the guests would sing and dance alongside. The ceremony will take two to five hours in a temple where the bride and groom will receive their blessings. The night reception would celebrate away with hours of performances, dances, and delicious buffet style Indian cuisines. There is no particular schedule to the events at an Indian wedding. Sometimes our NJ or NYC Indian weddings will spread across couple days - Mangni engagement party, garba events, and religious ceremony.
